Day 01 Cochin

Honeymoon is a celebration of togetherness, of two souls being united into one, a memorable experience to be cherished for a lifetime. We offer a perfect romantic getaway to the tropical paradise of Kerala - acclaimed by National Geographic as one of the 10 paradises of the World, to make your honeymoon a truly remarkable experience. Upon your arrival at the Cochin Airport or Rail road station, our representative will cordially recieve you and will assist you to the hotel. After checking in, you will be taken for a sightseeing trip of this historic city which impeccably retains its romantic colonial charms.  Your trip will cover the scenic Fort Cochin beach dotted with Chinese fishing nets, the Dutch Palace, the Jewish synagogue which is the oldest in the common wealth countries, the spice street, the Jew town which is a shopper’s paradise for buying antiques and exotic artifacts et cetera. Afterwards you will be escorted back to your hotel room.

Day 02 Cochin – Munnar

After a delightful breakfast you will be taken to the idyllic hill station of Munnar. This exquisite picture postcard hill station is well renowned for its mist covered rolling hills, exotic plantations, panoramic views, pristine wilderness and colonial remnants. Nestled in the laps of the majestic Western Ghats at an altitude of 1600 meters above the sea level Munnar has a perfectly salubrious climate. The endless tea plantations, wild brooks, sparkling waterfalls, verdant hills and untamed forests are some of the sights that greet you on reaching Munnar. Upon your arrival you will be assisted to your hotel. You can enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in the hotel or take a romantic ramble in the picturesque countryside. Overnight stay is arranged at the hotel.

Day 03 Munnar

After a refreshing breakfast you will be taken on a drive to explore the picturesque countryside. You will be taken to the quaint Mattupetty town and its adjoining scenic dam, the idyllic town of Devikulam, Eravikulam National Park- a treasure trove of exotic flora and fauna, Rajamala – a haven for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri Thars, Echo Point, Pallivasal et cetera; depending on the season and time of the year. We also offer tailor made guided tours to best suit your requirement. Overnight stay is arranged at the hotel.

Day 04 Munnar – Thekkedy

After a delightful breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and travel to Thekkady; a picture postcard town draped in opulent greenery and famous for its Wildlife Reserve. This is one of the last safe havens for the elusive Indian tiger. This lush wilderness is home to an amazing variety of rare flora and fauna including the endangered lion-tailed macaques, Nilgiri langurs, elephants, Indian bison, boars, bears, a wide variety of deer and exotic birds. Boat rides in the picturesque lake surrounding the sanctuary offers the best way to catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife in close quarters. Upon reaching Thekkady you will be taken to the hotel and then on a guided tour of the place. After a day of exploring the wildlife reserve and the nearby plantations you will be taken back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
 

Day 05 Thekkedy – Kumarakom

After the breakfast you will be driven to Kumarakom, a place embodying the true essence of green Kerala. This idyllic town is a vision in green with its emerald backwaters and lush greener paddy fields. After checking in to your resort you will be taken on a sightseeing trip to the famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and the scenic Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls. After the sightseeing trip you will be taken back to the resort for overnight stay. 

Day 06 Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat Cruise):

The best way to enjoy Kerala’s surreal charms is by taking a romantic houseboat cruise through the labyrinthine network of emerald backwaters. After a refreshing breakfast you will check out of the resort and be taken aboard a traditional houseboat for a blissful 24 hour backwater cruise from Kumarakom to Aleppey. Watch the picturesque scenery of Kerala unfolding before your eyes as you lazily cruise through the endless backwaters. You will have your very own cook, a captain and an oarsman to assist you on the houseboat.   

Day 07 Alleppey – Cochin
 After a delightful breakfast on board the houseboat, you will disembark at Aleppey. Cab will be arranged for you to be taken back to Cochin. You will be dropped off at the Airport or railway station depending on your convenience. When you leave this enchanting land you will have loads of delightful memories etched in the recess of your mind, to be cherished for the rest of your life.
