Tourism Package Day 01 Cochin

On reaching the Cochin airport/railway station, our tour representative will escort you to the hotel by a cab. You can check into the hotel and get ready for your tour for the day after breakfast. A cluster of islands lies adjacent to Kochi, thus offering infinite possibilities for boat rides. The islands of Mattanchery, Wellington Island, Fort Kochi, Vypeen and Vallarpadom are all connected by ferry.  You can also opt for a houseboat cruise which passes through the Kochi harbor, the Wellington Island, Fort Kochi, Bolgatti Island etc. The cruise will last for the whole day and is bound to be an enthralling experience for you. At the end of the day, you can return to the hotel and retire for the night.

Day 02 Cochin – Kumarakom

After breakfast the next day, you will be driven to Kumarakom, the backwater paradise of Kerala. You can check into the hotel there and proceed for the Kumarakom tour after breakfast. The local tour includes major attractions such as the Kumarakom bird sanctuary, a bird-watcher’s delight and Kuttanad, popular as the rice bowl of Kerala. You can stay in the resort at Kumarakom for the night.

Tourism Package Day 03 Kumarakom – Alleppey

The next day, after breakfast, you can get ready for your Kumarakom backwater cruise. Kumarakom is the nerve centre of the backwaters of Kerala. An intricate network of backwaters of the Vembanad Lake bordered by lush greenery crisscross the country-side. The boats passing through these waters range from ordinary rafts to ‘kettuvalloms’, complete with kitchen, bedrooms with attached toilet, dining area and lounge. The cruise will last for 24 hours during which you can drink in the scenery around, from your own private lounge in front of the boat. The island called ‘Pathiramanal’ is accessible only by boat and is well worth the visit.

Day 04 Alleppey

After checking out, you can go for a leisurely sight-seeing tour of Alleppey. Alleppey is known as the ‘Venice of the East’ owing to the incredible beauty of its scenery. Besides the sight of the various boats passing to and fro along the backwaters and the expansive golden fields of paddy, Alleppey also has a beach of its own.  The Krishnapuram palace is quite impressive as a structure by itself, with its gabled roofs and dormer windows. The village of Karumadi is also quite famous, particularly for the famed ‘Karumadikuttan,’ a huge, black granite structure of Buddha which can be found there. Later in the day, you can retire to your hotel

Tourism Package Day 05 Alleppey – Cochin

After breakfast you will be driven back to the Cochin airport/railway station from where you can proceed to your next destination
